TERMS
Dear guests,
Direct booking on our homepage we send an offer for a specific term. We send the data for further payment with the confirmation response in cooperation with your preferred payment method. Reservation is confirmed by paying 30% deposit of the total amount. Our deposit is a guarantee for your safe arrival at the facility. We send the confirmation of the booked accommodation to our bank account.
The guest cannot cancel the reservation without charge. The guest will be charged 30% of the accommodation amount if they cancel 60 days or more before arrival. Another possibility is to switch the booked appointment to another date. If he cancels within 60 days before arrival, he will be charged 50% of the accommodation amount. If the guest does not show up, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. A 30% deposit is non-refundable. It would be a good idea to secure a policy in the event of a sudden cancellation of your trip.
HIGH SEASON: 01.06. - 30.08.
1 - 3 nights we charge an additional 30% of the payment price.
FIRSTE MINUTE - by direct rezervation until 31.03. or more than 120 days from the requested reservation, we grant a discount for our guests in the amount of:
5% = 4 - 6 nights 10% = 7 - 10 nights 12% = 11 - 15 nights
PAYMENTS
BANK TRANSACTION - payment of 30% of deposit can be made by wire transfer. We send the deposit data via e-mail. Within EU countries, it takes 1 - 3 business days for transfer to our bank account.
CASH PAYMENT
Acceptance of these terms you accept our terms of business.
